Childcare

The Caretaker’s Cottage Childcare Centre at the Australian Institute of Sport offers permanent care for children under school age. The service is available to parents employed by the Australian Sports Commission and families in the wider community.

The cottage, which has been extensively renovated, has three rooms and two playgrounds. Ten full-time places are available for children aged 0 to 18 months, 10 places for children aged 18 months to 3 years, and up to 24 full-time places for children aged 3 to 5 years.

The centre is situated adjacent to the Australian Institute of Sport track and field facilities.
