Menus

In this section 

Menus at the Caretaker’s Cottage Childcare Centre reflect a variety of cultures – especially the backgrounds of families and the local community. Recipes for all meals are available to parents and/or guardians.

The menu is varied and changed regularly. Wherever possible, fresh seasonally available produce is used. Menus are planned with input from children, parents, the cook, the director and staff, and displayed in the centre in a prominent position that is visible to parents.

Meals are nutritionally balanced, appetising and provide variety in colour, texture and taste.

The Centre plans a six week menu. Here is an example:
