All athletes are encouraged to work through issues with relevant university personnel and/or the EAFU contact officer to seek support if advice is required about how to address issues or if issues are not resolved.

Athletes from the following groups should contact their ACE Adviser in the first instance to discuss issues:

• Australian Institute of Sport
• State institutes and academies of sport
• National senior squad members from National ACE (NACE) supported sports

Recognised athletes from the participating players' associations and national senior squad athletes that fall outside of the identified cohort should contact the relevant university contact officer for support.

Please note that verification of national senior squad status for non NACE supported sports will be sought from the NACE program before assistance will be provided from the university.
