Applications have now closed
Who is it for?
The Performance Leaders Program is for performance leaders in the high performance sports sector, including national sporting organisations (NSOs) and the National Institute Network (NIN), who have the capacity and capability to deliver outstanding results for Australia over the next decade.
The Performance Leaders Program will fund a maximum of 15 performance leaders each year, with successful placements determined through a rigorous application and selection process.
Program overview
The program will be delivered via a series of face-to-face residential labs, immersive experiences, project work, executive coaching, individual assessment and regular feedback and reflection.
The initial commitment is for one year, with the opportunity to extend upon successful completion of the foundation year.
