Performance Coach Program

Overview

The AIS Centre for Performance Coaching and Leadership will improve and formalise pathways for professional development for coaches and performance leaders and drive research and innovation relative to this development. The ‘Centre’ will deliver world’s best approaches in blended learning which provide a powerful combination of adult learning methods to invoke discussion, transformation and practical application to frontline performance coaching and leadership challenges.

Who is it for?

The Performance Coach Program is tailored to emerging performance coaches in priority national sporting organisations (NSOs), the National Institute Network (NIN) and high performance partner organisations who have the capacity and capability to deliver outstanding results for Australia over the next decade. The program supports the transition from athlete to coach.
