Tomato, mushroom & capsicum pide pizza

1/2 cup tahini
1 tsp minced garlic
100g mushrooms
1/2 cup grated low-fat cheese
2 tomatoes, diced
1 small green capsicum, deseeded and diced
2 tbs chopped fresh chives, to garnish

Combine tahini and garlic and spread over dough. Top with mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes and capsicum. When pizzas are cooked, sprinkle with chives.
