Casey comes from New South Wales and will be focusing on transitioning to her natural position on the perimeter and developing those skills to an international standard. She is a long and athletic player who demonstrates a natural ability to score and rebound. In 2011-12 Casey will be looking to develop her physical strength and endurance. From a technical standpoint, Casey will be focusing on developing her footwork, 1-on-1 offensive and defensive perimeter skills, and 3 point shooting ability. Casey helped secure Australia a gold medal at the Oceania Youth Tournament in New Caledonia in 2010. Casey is eligible for the Under-19 World Championship team in 2013.
