First Year in AIS - 2008

Kaarle started her cycling career at the age of 17 in a Track competition at the St George Cycling Club. Kaarle enjoyed outstanding highlights last season after winning the Team Sprint Gold at the Poland Worlds with Anna Meares and also finishing 3rd in the 500m TT in the Melbourne Track World Cup. Kaarle looks forward to 2009/10 with much anticipation as she has signed up for the AIS’s very own UCI Track Cycling team. Off the bike, Kaarle spends her time studying.
