Leigh started his cycling career at the age of 9 in a Track cycling competition at the Geelong Cycling Club. Leigh enjoyed outstanding highlights in 2008 after winning Omnium silver at the Manchester Track Worlds and won the Amsterdam U23 3-day Madison with Glenn O'Shea. Leigh looks forward to 2009 with such anticipation as he has signed up for 'Team AIS', the AIS's very own Continental Pro Road Tour cycling team. Along with Team AIS, expect to see Leigh also compete at world class track events. Off the bike, Leigh enjoys cars and computers.
