Glenn started his cycling career at the age of 8 in a Track cycling competition at Bendigo and District Cycling Club. Glenn enjoyed outstanding highlights in 2008 after winning the Melbourne Track World Cup points race and won the Amsterdam Under-23 3-day Madison.
