Camilleri falls just short

 

Queenslander Lisa Camilleri fell just short of glory when she went down to Canada’s Alana Miller in the final of the Flying Pig 2009 women’s squash tournament in Cincinnati, Ohio on Sunday.

Camilleri went into the tournament as top seed but was undone by second seed Miller in four close games 11-7, 11-7, 7-11, 11-7.

Miller had earlier beaten Melbourne’s Melody Francis in the semi-finals, while Camilleri accounted for Englishwoman Lauren Selby.
