High Performance Mental Skills
Many successful athletes attribute their success to mental toughness in training and competition, so the AIS Performance Psychology team has developed Mental Toughness Online — a program designed to enhance the understanding and use of mental toughness skills in training and competition.
Mental Toughness Online consists of six mental toughness modules that are completed online and at your own pace. Each module requires approximately 1–2 hours of online time and the completion of various off-line activities.
Enrolments for the research phase of Mental Toughness Online has now closed. If you have previously enrolled, you are invited to complete your allocated module via he Australian Sports Commission’s online learning portal and click the courses tab.
