Participate in a practical recovery session. The session can include techniques such as an active recovery lesson in a pool, contrast immersion using the spa and plunge pool, and contrast showers (maximum of 15 per half-hour session).

Be guided through the art of self-massage by an AIS physical therapist. They will teach the various methods you can use to take care of your body through massage treatment (maximum of ten per 45-minute session).

An AIS Strength and Conditioning coach will take you through a practical session in the gym and explain how to design programs to meet the specific needs of your sport (maximum of 15 per hour session; must be 15 years or older).

Biomechanics and Performance Analysis. This session includes a presentation from a Biomechanics and Performance Analysis staff member on how these fields have been used to develop, analyse and improve the performance for Australian athletes.
