The swimming centre at the AIS houses both 50-metre and 25-metre heated pools in an indoor complex. The 50 metre pool can be converted into two 25 metre pools by repositioning a bulkhead.
The swimming centre is open to the public with both the 50-metre and 25-metre heated pools available when not in use by the AIS sport programs and Swim and Fitness at the AIS group classes and swimming lessons.
The pool timetable provides opening times for both pools. Please note that lane restrictions may apply and opening times are subject to change at short notice.
Admission fees
- Adult swim - $4.50
- Adult 20 swim pass - $68.00
- Adult three monthly swim pass - $132.00
- Adult swim, sauna, plunge pool and spa- $8.00
- Concession swim - $3.00
- Concession 20 swim pass - $42.00
- Concession swim, sauna, plunge pool and spa- $6.50
- Concession three monthly swim pass - $88.00
- Family pass (two adults and two children) - $13.50
- Swim caps - $2.50
Conditions of use
- Swim caps must be worn in the pool at all times.
- Entry not transferable.
- Entry only during public opening times.
- Passes remain the property of AIS.
- Lost passes will not be replaced.
- No refunds are provided for unused passes.
- Management reserves the right of entry.
