During your stay at the AIS, you’ll have the option of eating healthy and nutritious meals in our Dining Hall. There’s always a selection of delicious hot and cold buffet dishes to choose from, all designed by AIS nutritionists. So not only will you be well-fed, you’ll also learn a thing or two about nutrition.
