Our group fitness timetable features a variety of classes that cater for all ages and fitness levels. Choose from over 35 classes a week, including Pilates, yoga, circuit, boxafit, stretch and tone, and aqua fitness classes.

TO THE CORE

Discover those deep postural core muscles you never knew existed. A workout utilising the Gym-Stick, Bosu and Swiss Ball, TO THE CORE will benefit those who need the discipline for working out that neglected mid section.

Super Circuit

A session using a combination of aerobic and resistance stations. A great combination that provides an excellent base for cross-training, endurance, flexibility and fat loss. It is a high-powered dynamic workout that will leave you exhausted, exhilarated and motivated.

Stretch and Tone

A 45-minute class aimed at improving flexibility and mobility. It is a fantastic lunchtime class that leaves you feeling more relaxed and less stressed.

Yoga Plus

This exciting yoga class consists of stretching, strength, balance & relaxation. It’s great way to improve physical, mental and emotional health. Bring a mat or towel, drink bottle and wear comfortable clothing.

Pilates

The Pilates method is based on controlling the deep stabilising Core muscles while performing range of motion and resistance exercises. Pilates is a highly effective core stability workout.

ZUMBA®

Combines Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a unique exercise program that really burns up the calories – without you even knowing it.

Boxafit

A tough one-hour workout that builds confidence, improves aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and maintains target heart rate until the finish.

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE

A high intensity, authoritarian style group fitness class using military style drills as well as boxing, hill running and field endurance circuits. Take the challenge and try this exciting new class, sure to push you to your physical limits and test your mental toughness.

SPIN

SPIN is our new indoor cycling class. With no complicated moves involved, this intense cycling class will have your legs begging for more!

Aqua classes

Aqua Lite

A gentle form of exercise that is designed specifically for mature adults who like to relax, increase mobility, flexibility and have fun.

Aqua Fitness

A moderate class designed to appeal to those wanting an aerobic, fat burning, toning, and strengthening workout.

Aqua Power

Here’s a class that will tone and shape the body. An exhilarating work out designed to teach you traditional aerobic moves for a body-blitzing workout.

Aqua Plus

Take the challenge, this is the ultimate full-body workout in deep water. Float belts are provided.
