Are you worried about missing out on your training sessions during winter? 

Why not try Mission: Impossible?

Mission: Impossible is the AIS’s athletic style boot-camp that includes a variety of different exercise activities and challenges.

  • The workout intensity during Mission: Impossible will keep you warmer than any other fitness class over winter. This is a result of an increased resting metabolic rate after exercise.
  • We have indoor facilities available to keep members out of the cold and wet weather.
  • Mission: Impossible exercises can be varied to suit everyone, regardless of their fitness levels.
  • We have set challenges that encourage members to push themselves.
  • Mission: Impossible will help burn energy and FAT even when you are not training.
  • Our current Mission: Impossible members are a great bunch of people, and they will welcome and encourage every new participant to achieve the impossible.

Class times

Tuesday and Thursday mornings: 6.00am - 7.00am
Saturday morning: 8.15am - 9.15am
