Hoilday program update

Do your kids get bored at home during the school hoildays?

Do your kids get bored at home during the holidays?

Well the AIS has the answer for you.
We are now in our tenth year of running a very busy and exciting sports vacation program.
The next holidays are just around the corner (12–23 April) and we are already preparing and organising our schedule of activities to cater for children aged 5 to 13 years.
Instead of a sedentary holiday sitting in front of the TV, computer, Xbox or PlayStation, why not book the kids into our sports vacation program for a day or a week. It’s guaranteed to keep them active and send them home exhausted and happy!

A typical day for us might include the following:

8.30am Warm-up games
9.30am Team-building games
10.30am Morning tea
11.00am Volleyball/Teeball
12.30pm Lunch
1.30pm Hockey/Basketball
2.30pm Water-play activities (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)
3.30pm Afternoon tea
4.00pm Touch football/Euro handball
5.00pm– 6.00pm Physical movement activities

If your kids are soccer mad, then we can cater for them too! Our new soccer camp is for beginner to intermediate players with a strong focus on skill development and game play. We make the most of our world-class facilities, utilising outdoor synthetic, indoor synthetic and futsal surfaces, as well as our grass fields. We are even lucky enough to have appearances from the AIS Football (Soccer) squad who conduct clinics for us when their busy schedule allows.
