Lv1/2 step-ups with d/b x 50

200m 5% incline treadmill

400m on Lv6 upright bike

TRX supported Lv2/3 Step-ups x 50

 

x2 laps = easy

x3 laps = mod

x5 laps = harder

 

Record time, and ensure correct step height and d/b weights are used for varying levels of fitness.
