Important Swim School information
Important dates
- Term 2 finishes Sunday 4 July
- Term 3 dates: Monday 19 July – Sunday 26 September
- To avoid disappointment, please ensure Term 3 payments are made by Sunday 27 June.
School Holiday Intensive Swimming program dates:
- Week 1: 5 - 9 July
- Week 2: 12 - 16 July
- Book and pay for the July Intensive Program by Monday 21 June and receive a three swim pass free of charge (conditions apply).
- No cap policy: All patrons using the pools are required to wear a swim cap at all times. Swim caps can be purchased from reception at a cost of $2.50.
- It is advised that children do not swim prior to their swimming lessons as they may become tired and cold, which could hinder their learning during lessons.
- Children 12# years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Credit and refund policy
Credits are:
- Issued for medical withdrawals only and must be attached with a doctor’s certificate.
- Approved on the basis that current class times/days are forfeited.
- Valid for 12 months from the time of withdrawal.
- Processed once they have been submitted to reception for the remaining lessons of the current term.
- Only considered if absence from lessons is more than 3 weeks.
Refunds
- Swimming lessons are non-refundable.
- Concessions are made for relocation purposes.
- Refunds are processed once they have been submitted to reception for the remaining lessons of the current term.
