Super-sets

Super set 1. Burpees 3 x 4
Super set 1. Boxing 360 degrees around bag 3 x 50 punches

Superset 2. 200m metres rower on level 9 x 3
Superset 2. Prone hold twists 3 x 20

Superset 3. Step-up with d/b shoulder press 3 x 20
Superset 3. Lunger walk with Med ball twists 3 x 16
