EXTREME MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAINING

 

Spin bike 1.30 min fast then 1.00 standing (alternate for 10 mins)

TRX prone single treadmills 3 x 20

Walking lunge with d/b shoulder press 3 x 20

Spin bike 30s hard / 30s Standing / 30s Light (repeat for 4.30)
