Workout of the Week

Your body will plateau if there is no change in the training stimulus.

Sequence One (easy)

Complete 10 rounds

10 single treadmills > 10 prone hold twists > 10 single leg bridges > 10 sit-ups = 1 round

 

Sequence Two (hard)

Complete 10 rounds

4 burpees > 4 walking lunges > 4 squat to starjumps > 10 grapestompers > 10 ketllebell swings 12-16kg = 1 round.
