1. Complete 15 reps for each of the following without rest;

Push-ups
Squat Jumps
Burpees
Star jumps
Sit-ups

2. Complete 600m on the Rower

3. Complete 10 reps for each of the following without rest;

Push-ups
Squat Jumps
Burpees
Star jumps
Sit-ups

4. Complete 400m on the Rower

5. Complete 5 reps for each of the following without rest;

Push-ups
Squat Jumps
Burpees
Star jumps
Sit-ups
