Conditions of use

• Payments and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable (Please refer to each specific program terms and conditions).
  
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
  
• Swimming caps must be worn in the pool.
  
• Cancellations or transfers are at the discretion of the Australian Sports Commission. Twenty-four hours notification is requested or hire fees may be forfeited.
  
• Concession cards must be shown at the time of purchase to gain a discount for memberships.
• The AIS is a non-smoking facility.
• Please observe pool rules and terms of conditions for facility and venue hire.
• Patrons are not permitted to bring glass objects or alcohol into the Centre.
  
• No pets or animals are permitted in the Centre, with the exception of guide dogs.
  
• An adult must closely supervise children under the age of 12.
• Employees of Swim and Fitness at the AIS are the only Instructors permitted to conduct learn-to-swim and fitness sessions.
• Terms and conditions for specific programs are available at the time
  of enrolment.
