Tennis is a great way to keep fit, enjoy the outdoors, improve hand–eye coordination, increase fitness, make new friends and socialise. Our lessons are conducted by quality, enthusiastic and caring staff with a broad knowledge not only of tennis, but also the fitness and recreation industry.
