Club Marconi began 45 years ago, a tiny social club formed by migrant market gardeners.
Today it is a huge licensed club, with soccer stadium, having grown rapidly under the leadership of the charismatic and dictatorial president Tony Labbozzetta.
But his 15 year reign at the club was also marked by bitter personal politics, claims of intimidation and vendettas, and years of litigation.
After supporting Tony Labbozzetta for so long, the members have turned.
