Australian clients
For each item, you must complete an article request form. Payment must be included with requests. Make cheques payable to the Australian Sports Commission, or provide your credit card details (minimum credit card purchase of A$10).

Overseas clients
For each item, you must complete an article request and payment form. Payment must be included with the request. You can send a bank cheque, in Australian dollars, payable to the Australian Sports Commission, or provide your credit card details.

Copyright
You must complete, sign and date a copyright declaration for each item requested (this is a legal requirement under Section 49(I) of the consolidated Copyright Act 1968 of Australia and its amendments). The declaration is part of the article request form.
Other conditions under the Act are:
- You may request only ONE article from each issue of a journal, unless the second item is on the same subject (and not in a dedicated journal; for example, swimming articles from Swimming Australia); and if it is for the purpose of study or research.
- You may request only ONE chapter from a book.
- Neither of these two situations may cover more than 10% of the total journal or book.
- If we supply you articles or documents in any electronic format (such as PDF or HTML) you cannot forward these items to anyone else.
