Pricing Schedule 

High resolution print publication quality digital scans and transparencies:

• Standard rate: $66.00 per image (inc GST and delivery)
• Special rate: Government, national sporting organisation, education - $50.00 per image (inc GST and delivery)

Low resolution electronic web and online publishing quality digital scans:

• Web and/or online publishing - standard rate: $66.00 per image (inc GST)
• Web and/or online publishing - special rate: Government, national sporting organisation, education - $50.00 per image (inc GST)

Low resolution electronic presentation (i.e PowerPoint) quality digital scans:

• Standard rate: $66.00 per image (inc GST)
• Special rate: Government, national sporting organisation, education - $10.00 per image (inc GST)

Photographic prints by size:

• A4 print - $25 (inc GST and delivery)
• A3 print - $50 (inc GST and delivery)
• Custom print - Contact us for a quote

Ordering Information

If you are interested in obtaining images please undertake the following steps:

• Search the image library.
• Select your image/s.
• Complete the online order form.
• NSIC staff will promptly contact you with a quote for your images selections.

Photographic - Conditions of supply 

Photographs (including transparencies, negatives, prints and scanned or electronic images) are supplied by the National Sport Information Centre, Australian Sports Commission on the following conditions -

1. Copyright subsisting in the photographs is and remains the property of the Australian Sports Commission or any other specified supplier.
2. Photographs may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format or any medium without prior consent of the National Sport Information Centre.
3. Photographs may not be used for commercial purposes (including, without limitation, for the purposes of advertising, marketing or promotion of goods and services) without prior consent of the National Sport Information Centre.
4. It is understood that the commercial use of photographs reproducing the likeness of an athlete or any other person may require the separate permission of that person.
5. The National Sport Information Centre of the Australian Sports Commission or any other specified supplier must be acknowledged as the supplier of the photographs in the following terms or in terms approved by the Australian Sports Commission : "Australian Sports Commission "
6. One copy of any work (including any book, film and or CD-ROM) in which the photographs are to be included, in accordance with the Authorised Purpose is to be given to the National Sport Information Centre by the User within 30 days of the completion of the work.
7. Full details of the context of the Photograph(s) including full details of any wording must be supplied prior to publication.

Photographic - Conditions of commercial use 

The Australian Sports Commission in consideration of the payment of the Fee specified in the schedule authorises the person named in the Schedule ("User") to use the photographs identified in the schedule for the purposes described in the schedule ("Authorised Purposes "). That use is subject to the following conditions:

1. The photographs may not be reproduced in whole or in part or used for any purpose other than the Authorised Purposes.
2. The User is solely responsible for obtaining any permission that may be required from any person whose likeness appears in the photographs for their likeness to be used in connection with Authorised Purposes.
3. The National Sport Information Centre of the Australian Sports Commission must be acknowledged as the supplier of the photographs in the following terms or in other terms approved by the Australian Sports Commission: "Australian Sports Commission"
4. One copy of any work (including any book, film or CD-ROM) in which the photographs are to be included, in accordance with the Authorised Purpose, is to be given to the National Sport Information Centre by the User within 30 days of the completion of the work.
