Club administration
A well run club is essential to providing quality sports participation at the grass roots level.
To assist clubs improve their capacity and capability to deliver sport at the local level, the Australian Sports Commission’s Club Development and Membership Growth Unit (CDMG) initiated the free web based Club Development Network. The Club Development Network caters for all types of clubs across all sports.
The principle upon which the Club Development Network has been established is one of promoting continuous improvement.
The CDMG Unit aims to assist clubs identify ways in which they can develop so as to provide the best possible service to their members.
