Appraisals

Appraisals are used to assess community coaches ready for full registration and those ready to renew their registration within the last 12 months of their registration period. Appraisals are also used with community coaches as part of performance feedback and performance management processes or to identify and monitor areas for professional development.

Regional coordinators undertake two appraisals per term on selected community coaches. When an appraisal is undertaken the Community Coach Appraisal form is completed by the regional coordinator in consultation with the community coach.
