When schools or Out of School Hours Care Services (sites) sign a Grant Application Form permission is given to be involved in research. By signing their form, they are indicating they will cooperate with the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) in relation to the Active After-school Communities (AASC) program research and evaluation requirements.

Sites also acknowledge through the Grant Application Form that the ASC collects personal information for the purpose of administering and delivering the AASC program. The ASC may disclose the personal information sites provide in their applications to contracted researchers for the purpose of research and evaluation of the AASC program.
