Ultimate Frisbee

Companion_book_-_Ultimate_frisbeeThe Australian Flying Disc Association partnered with the Australian Sports Commission to develop an Ultimate Frisbee Companion Book that can be used by community coaches in the Active After-school Communities (AASC) program. This book should be used in conjunction with the Playing for Life Resource Kit.

The activities in the eight week program have been designed in line with the Playing for Life philosophy. This places an emphasis on providing safe, fun, engaging activities that ensure maximum participation from all children regardless of their level of ability.

Read the Where to from here? section of the Companion Book for more information about pathways for children interested in continuing their ultimate frisbee experience after participating in the AASC program.
