Workshops

High Performance Coach Workshops target the top 500 high performance coaches across Australia annually and provide professional development opportunities for these coaches. The workshops are conducted each year in every capital city.

In 2007 workshops were presented by former Australian Cricket Coach, John Buchanan. Topics included:

  • What ingredients make a team successful?
  • What are the pros and cons of “specialisation”?
  • How do you assess coaching performance?
  • How to influence upward (board), sideways (staff) and on-field (athletes).
