The NTID program is now recruiting for two diving programs based in Perth and Brisbane.
Perth
Overview
Diving Australia (DA) is establishing a Talent Identification Program in Perth, Western Australia to identify and fast track junior elite atheltes for National squads and teams.
DA and Western Australian Diving are conducting a search for athletes who have the potential to become world class divers. We are looking for young people between the ages of 10 - 15 years who have the ability to be fast tracked for the TID program by testing for the skills that show they are suitable for the sport.
Chantelle Newbery, DA's National Talent Identification Coordinator will work with the National Talent Identification coach Jack Taylor to implement the program.
Talent Identification Program
Up to twelve athletes will be offered an invitation to join the Talent Identification squad for a trial period to be considered as a squad member. The training venue will be the Challenge Stadium Perth.

Brisbane
Overview
Diving Australia (DA) established Elite Talent ID program in Brisbane by maximising the current national high performance structure to identify and fast track junior elite athletes for future Australian Teams.
Under the guidance of National TID coach, Wang Jin Lan, the athletes in the program have made exceptional progress in their skill base. Always motivated and prepared to do what was required, the athletes successfully demonstrated the outcomes that could be achieved when good technical coaching was provided within a well thought out and prepared program utilising a world class dryland facility and pool access.
DA is conducting another search for the next generation of champion divers to join our current TID program. We are looking for young people between the ages of 10 - 15 years who have the potential to to be fast tracked for the Talent Identification Program by testing for the skills that show they are suitable for the sport.
Olympic Gold Medallist Chantelle Newbery is DA's National Talent Identification Coordinator and will work with the TID Coaches and oversee the program.
