Game description

Targets are set up away from a kicking line. A player scores points by kicking a ball and hitting the targets.

What you need (setting up)

  • 8 - 10 x different targets - plastic bottles with a little sand in the bottom, cricket wickets, cones, bins or buckets.
  • 2 - 3 x footballs.

What to do

  • Use various types of kicks to hit or land in targets, e.g. drop punt, chip kick and grubber kicks.

Scoring

  • Bonus point if the ball lands inside a target.
  • Set a target and try to achieve it with the smallest number of kicks, e.g. 15

Change it

  • Move targets closer or further away from the kicking line.

Safety

  • Ensure the kicking line is free of obstacles.
