Have you heard of Healthy Active Kids?

The Australian Institute of Sport and Nestlé have been working together since 1999 to bring health and activity into Australian schools. Through programmes like Healthy Active Kids, children can learn about healthy eating and activity in new, engaging ways.

The Healthy Active Kids programme encompasses free teaching units and lesson plans for teachers, as well as other resources such as educational games and videos, healthy recipes, and more.

There’s even a special Kids Corner, just for children.

Overall, it’s a holistic approach to encourage Australian primary school students to live a healthy, happy, and active lifestyle.
