Apricot-cherry parfait

HINT: Try using different combinations of yoghurt and fruit

2 cups low-fat prepared custard
825 g can apricot halves, drained, cut in half
2 x 200 g carton NESTLE Light Black Cherry Yoghurt
4 amaretti biscuits (almond macaroons)

Divide 1 cup custard among four 1-cup serving glasses (or bowls). Divide one third of the apricots among the glasses then divide one 200g carton black cherry yoghurt among glasses. Layer half remaining apricots onto the yoghurt, then divide another 1 cup custard among the glasses. Top with remaining apricots and another 200 g carton yoghurt. Crush biscuits in a small bowl and sprinkle over each parfait.
