The Aus3 Swim | Run Program for grades 3-6 is a fantastic opportunity to engage young students in a fun, active, and flexible way. This program focuses on two key activities—swimming and running—and encourages students to experience the thrill of both, with the option to choose their own path within the program’s structure.

Aus3 Bike | Run

The Aus3 Bike | Run Program is a dynamic and exciting way for students in grades 3-6 to engage in physical activity by focusing on two core disciplines of bike and run. This program is designed to help young students develop their fitness and coordination, while allowing them to challenge themselves in a fun and supportive environment.

Aus3 Bike | Run | Swim

The Aus3 Bike | Run | Swim Program is a fun, versatile, and active way for students in grades 3-6 to engage with three different physical activities—cycling, running, and swimming. This program is designed to promote fitness, coordination, and overall wellbeing, while allowing students the freedom to explore each of these disciplines in a way that works for them.

For programs that involve swim and bike it is recommended that students meet the below to ensure they have an enjoyable experience:

  • Able to ride a bike unaided
  • Able to swim 25 metres in the pool unaided
