Key Competition Venues

The 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games will be hosted across 18 world-class competition venues located on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Cairns, and Townsville. In preparation for the Games, the Queensland Government has built three new competition venues and upgraded seven venues to provide a long-lasting legacy.

All competition venues and the Games Village have been completed well ahead of the Games, allowing time to be thoroughly tested prior to hosting the Games.

Here's an overview of all the key venues to be used for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Tickets – Final major release of tickets

On 20 November, the final major release of tickets went public. Tickets were off-sale as GC2018 were finalising venue plans and assigning seats to existing ticket holders.  If you pre-purchased tickets, GC2018 should have been in touch with you to advise which seats you have been allocated.

With the Games little over 4 months away, we encourage you to get in quick to avoid missing out. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To purchase tickets, visit GC2018 Tickets.
