AIS Tours

See where Australia's sporting champions live and train.

Find out what it takes to become an elite athlete with a behind-the-scenes tour of the AIS.

Families, school groups and the general public are invited to experience our world-class sporting precinct led by an elite athlete. You may see our gymnasts in training or some of Australia's top swimmers doing their laps.

Ninety-minute public tours depart daily at 10.00am, 11.30am, 1.00pm and 2.30pm. Costs apply and discounts are available for schools and other groups.

Swim and Fitness at the AIS

Fun for everyone!

Swim and Fitness at the AIS offers fun ways for you and your family to get physically active and keep fit.

The AIS's world-class sporting facilities are available to everyone, including a 50-metre and 25-metre pool, fully equipped gym and tennis courts.

Swim School at the AIS is one of the Australia's leading programs designed to teach people of all ages the life saving skills of swimming.

The Fitness Centre at the AIS boasts the latest fitness equipment, experienced personal trainers and a range of group fitness classes ranging from boxafit and our Mission: Impossible boot camp to Pilates and yoga.

Together with our great school holiday programs and soccer camps, there is something for everyone at the AIS!
