The Sports Connect Portal is your dashboard for all your sport memberships and services. It allows you to effortlessly manage all your connected sports and linked sport accounts in one place, ensuring save and secure access to Australian Sports Commission systems.
To ensure your Sports Connect account is as secure as possible, we recommend setting up Multi-Factor Authentication to access your Sports Connect account. To do this you should log into your Sports Connect Portal (www.sportausconnect.gov.au, opens in a new tab) and select the Multi Factor Authentication link.
This is separate to any Multi Factor Authentication you may have set up to access the dAIS Portal directly. We have recently upgraded our systems so you will only be asked to complete the Multi Factor Authentication process once when logging in to the dAIS Portal. We recommend you complete the Multi Factor Authentication process when accessing the Sport Connect Portal so you can then freely navigate between Australian Sports Commission systems.

If you have already set up Multi Factor Authentication for the Sports Commission Portal, the details will be listed here.
There are 2 ways you can access the dAIS Portal.
- The first is by selecting the dAIS Athlete Grant Portal link in the AIS Hub.

Once this option is selected you will be transferred to the Sport Connect Portal to log in and then directed to dAIS. If you don’t wish to set up Multi-Factor Authentication and wish to continue to receive a one-time code via email to log in to Sport Connect, this is a useful way to log into dAIS. However, you will still be required to complete Multi Factor Authentication to access dAIS after you have logged in to Sports Connect.
2. Alternatively, you can log directly in to the Sport Connect Portal (www.sportausconnect.gov.au, opens in a new tab) and then select the dAIS Grant Portal link.

If you would like to set up Multi-Factor Authentication to further secure your Sports Connect account as recommended, you can do so here within the Sport Connect Portal by selecting the Multi Factor Authentication link on the left

You will need to ensure both the emails you are using to access dAIS through the Sport Connect Portal is the same as the email associated with your dAIS grant, as recorded in the Athlete Management System. To confirm the email associated with your dAIS account, please contact aishub@ausport.gov.au .
If they do not match, you may wish to create a new Sports Connect account with your dAIS-associated email. Alternatively, you may opt to update the email address associated with your dAIS grant by contacting aishub@ausport.gov.au .
If you can no longer access the authentication you require to log in to our systems, we may need to reset your authentication. To do this we will need to identify you and then reset your Multi Factor Authentication. Please send an email from the email address we have associated with your account to portalsupport@ausport.gov.au and include the error you are receiving and if possible, whether you are logging into Sport Connect or dAIS.
You can log directly in to your Sport Connect Portal at www.sportausconnect.gov.au, opens in a new tab and then select the Multi Factor Authentication link on the Home page to review your Multi Factor Authentication settings.
