Volleyball. Flinders University. Masters of Physiotherapy.
I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Health Sciences/Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders University, commencing my Master’s this year. I was fortunate to gain direct entry into this competitive program straight from high school with an ATAR of 97.6, and I am committed to making the most of this opportunity.
My goal is to graduate as a physiotherapist who not only helps patients recover but empowers them to move, perform, and live at their best. I chose this course because of my passion for human movement, rehabilitation, and optimising physical performance.
As an athlete, I have firsthand experience on how a great physiotherapist can make a significant difference, not only in injury recovery, but injury prevention. Having personally benefited from this exceptional care, I want to bring that same level of expertise and support to others when I graduate.
This course equips me with the knowledge and practical skills to assess, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. Through evidence-based learning, clinical placements and viva exams, I am developing a hands-on experience in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and patient-cantered care. Placements include hospital, private practice, and community based opportunities to, ensure I graduate job-ready with the ability to work across various healthcare settings.
