The course I have enrolled in is a graduate certificate in Global Engagement with the hopes of progressing into a Masters degree in Global Engagement and Human Rights. My aim in undertaking these studies is to be able to play a role in helping to craft solutions for the current global emergencies to improve the lives of those in my local communities and beyond. I believe at the moment we are living in times of great divide but that with the right resources we can unite towards a stronger future for all, and I'm hoping that through my studies I will learn how to harness these resources to make a difference.

This particular course will support my wholistic development by expanding my academic skillset whilst giving me the tools to play a role in improving the lives of others, including people with disabilities, in the face of the many global challenges facing us. This adds to the value that I have in both the sporting world and in life, as a confident leader and problem-solver.
