As a gymnast, it has been taught that success requires precision, discipline, and a level of adaptability when placed under pressure. Heading into the construction industry, I am confident to face its challenges as Project Management offers the potential for leadership, problem-solving, and structured execution – all elements that I am constantly exposed to during training and competition as an elite gymnast and will lend a hand when managing complex construction.
