I chose to study psychology due to an early interest in gaining a mental edge in sport and competition. Over time, this has developed into a broader passion for understanding how psychological processes influence behaviour, decision-making, performance, and wellbeing. I am particularly interested in how mindset shifts can significantly impact outcomes, both in high-pressure sporting environments and in everyday life.

My goal is to work in high performance psychology, within elite sport or business, supporting individuals and teams to optimise performance, resilience, and wellbeing.

I am currently a leading Australian female squash athlete in contention for selection, with the opportunity to become one of the first Australians to compete in Olympic squash. This scholarship would help me pursue both my academic and sporting ambitions.
