Basketball | Adelaide University | Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours)

I am currently studying speech pathology at the Adelaide University. I chose this course because of my personal lived experience with cerebral palsy and the transformative role speech pathology has played in my own life. Having received speech pathology support growing up, I experienced first hand how communication can shape a person's confidence, independence and quality of life.
While wheelchair basketball is an important part of my life, pursuing a career as a health professional allows me to meaningfully support others. This balance strengthens my performance on the court, knowing that my worth and identity is not defined solely on sport and that I can pursue multiple dreams in many different areas of life.
