Cara Koenen

I have always been passionate about learning and growing as both an athlete and a contributing member of society. I am a huge advocate for maintaining a balance between sporting commitments and life outside of sport, recognising that an athletic career, while incredibly rewarding, can also be fleeting.

Pursuing university study allows me to continue challenging myself beyond the court while developing skills in communication, collaboration and leadership. I believe stepping outside my comfort zone through education will not only support my future career aspirations but also help me become a better athlete, teammate and leader.
