Joanne Joseph

Study has always been important to me. I have always enjoyed learning and have worked hard to do well academically, while also pursuing my sport at a high level. From early on, I knew that I wanted to build a career in medicine, and that has stayed with me.

My goal is to continue representing Australia while completing my medical degree. It would be a proud moment for me and my family to one day compete at events like the Commonwealth Games and also graduate as a doctor.
