Ben Bond
General Manager – Sport (Snow Australia)
Ben has worked across pathway and high-performance sport in both Olympic and Paralympic programs. He began his career as a sports physiotherapist, working directly with athletes and teams in daily training and competition.
He then moved into athlete development at the Australian Institute of Sport, where he helped national sporting organisations shape their athlete development strategies.
As General Manager – Sport at Snow Australia, Ben oversees the athlete and coach high-performance pathways across Olympic and Paralympic snow sports. He works closely with coaches, performance staff and partners across the high-performance system.
